Current Opportunities

We are seeking people who share our organisational values to join our team. Western Enrichment Learning Lab is committed to the NSW Government's Child Safe Standards. All prospective employees over the age of 18 must have a verified Working With Children Check prior to being offered employment. All employees receive paid training and a uniform. Workshop Assistant

Workshop Assistants assist in the delivery of workshop activities to children in our weekly Robotics Clubs and our School Holiday Workshops. Minimum age 15 years. These positions are especially suitable for senior school students or recent school graduates. Opportunities are available for the following programs and locations:

- Orange Robotics Club 2025 (Saturday mornings during school terms)

- School Holiday Workshops (January - Orange, Parkes)

Workshop Instructor

Workshop Instructors deliver workshop activities to children in our weekly Robotics Clubs, our School Holiday Workshops, and in curricular incursions at schools. Minimum age 18 years. These positions are especially suitable for university students studying teacher education or a STEM-related field and graduates in these fields. Opportunities are available for the following programs and locations:

- Orange Robotics Club 2025 (Saturday mornings during school terms)

- In-school Robotics Incursions (during school hours throughout Central West NSW)
