Holiday Workshops

Western Enrichment Learning Lab's range of Holiday Workshops for children have been popular since they started in 2014.

Bookings for our July 2025 Holiday Workshops in Bathurst and Parkes NSW are now open.​

Robotics / STEM (6.5 hours) $95 single / $170 double

This full day workshop (9.00am – 3.30pm) is suitable for children in Years 2 to 8 at school. Children can choose from a range of robotics, coding and STEM activities using LEGO Spike and LEGO BrikQ Motion. No experience is necessary, but children with prior experience will be extended with more challenging activities as required. BYO snacks, lunch and drinks.

9 July 9.00am - 3.30pm Bathurst

Junior Robotics (2 hours) $40

For children in School Years 2-5.

Work in pairs using LEGO Spike Essential robotics kits and Chromebook computers to create and code robots in a range of fun scenarios. Great for those with or without experience using LEGO robotics.​

16 July 9.30am - 11.30am Parkes

​

Robo Battle (2.5 hours) $49

For children in Years 5-10 with or without robotics experience.
Work in pairs or on your own to design and build the best battling robot using LEGO Spike Prime robotics and Scratch coding. Robots will take part in a round-robin competition. Will your robot be the last one standing?
